Premises licence new application

Use this form to apply for a new premises licence.
 
You will need to:
 

  • be logged in to your BCP Council account

  • provide details of the activities of the premises

  • upload proof of your right to work in the UK

  • provide a DBS share code or upload a copy of your Basic DBS certificate dated within 1 month of your application.

  • have a credit or payment card ready to make payment
