Use this form if you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
If you need to contact your housing officer about a change of circumstances, you should contact them directly in the first instance. However, if you have not received a response you can use this form to:
- tell them about a change of circumstances
- tell them that you have found a property
To apply or query your application to the housing register use join the housing register
If you are a private sector tenant and have been offered tenancy sustainment or you are a landlord with a tenant who is supported by tenancy sustainment, email tenancysustainment@bcpcouncil.gov.uk
